TPI PAX

Interestingly, for some airlines, I see TPI PAX above 100 percent. 119 percent for example. And TPI CARGO even thousands of percent.
What's the secret? How is this achieved?

The TPI is used to "generate airline jobs" and you get it back when you deliver the jobs.
If you fail to deliver generated jobs, the TPI will start decreasing, which results in slower/less job generation and less BC pax generation.
So, you should try keeping it over 100% all the time. And it's common to have a TPI higher than 100%.

The way to increase your TPI is, to convert system jobs, because they add to your TPI when the jobs get delivered.

Cheers,
Markus

What I have observed so far: TPI will decrease on airline pax generation and will increase after successfully pax delivery.
Not sure about decreasing at pax expiration - if this is the case, we'll have double reduction of TPI (pax generation and pax expiration) and only one increase upon pax delivery, right?
Does this reflect intended behavior?

And yes, TPI can be increased further more by system jobs converting AND delivering (in time).
Expiration of converted jobs will negatively influence airline TPI.

It will not decrease further when jobs are running out - it's just that the "invested" TPI ist lost then.
Thanks vadyi, maybe I wasn't very clear on that matter.
